Interactive event scheduled for Dec. 9

Carve out some time from studying for finals to learn breathing techniques and the benefits of journaling on Friday, Dec. 9, from 12-3 p.m. in Pylons Commons. The event will educate participants on stress relieving interventions and their importance while providing the opportunity to practice deep breathing and design a journal to take home.

Presented by School of Nursing student Shelby Thomas as part of her capstone project with support from WVU Health Sciences BeWell and the Collegiate Recovery Program.
