HSC Information Technology Services will begin providing all services remotely starting Tuesday, March 17, until further notice. Standard HSC ITS hours of operations will be modified to support need. All support will be provided remotely or by scheduled onsite appointment as deemed necessary. Incoming calls and email support requests to our help desks will be answered remotely during normal business hours, with after hour emergency support available.
Please see the HSC ITS work from home contingency plan for information on services and tools available to HSC users for home-bound support. Faculty can reference the SOLE HSC Contingency Planning and Preparedness site for remote teaching options.
