Students are encouraged to apply for the WVU Health Sciences Office of Interprofessional Education Student Award. All students who participate in HSC IPE activities are eligible and self-nominations are accepted. The deadline to apply has been extended to March 13, 2026.
The award winners will be recognized during IPE Month in April and have their work showcased at the HSC Library.
Student Award Nomination Criteria

Demonstrates a commitment to IPE through participation in or development of IPE didactic, simulation and/or clinical practice activities.
- Demonstrates excellence in IPE through community outreach or scholarly activities highlighting IPE efforts.
- Serves as a student leader in IPE efforts and promotion of IPE throughout WVU Health Sciences.
