Operation Blue Sky will be honoring a Health Science’s Employee of the Month each quarter
beginning in September 2026.
The award will honor employees who embody the spirit of the Health Sciences community, who
go above and beyond and support the core pillars of Blue Sky: psychological safety, curiosity
and fun.
The winner will be able to choose between a premium parking space located behind Erma Byrd
(central to the HSC and Erma Byrd) or an Amazon gift card. Winners will also receive a free
Gallup Strengths Report, a yearly lunch and their photo posted on the Blue Sky Website,
InfoStations and in the shadow box outside of the Chancellor’s Office.
