August, 31 was National Overdose Awareness Day. To show support, WVU Pharmacy students wore purple and posed for a group photo in the Pylons.
"As future Pharmacists, we play a huge role in advocating for overdose awareness and naloxone education," said Samantha Hines, Co-Chair for APhA-ASP Generation Rx. "This is a great opportunity to spread the word."
