The West Virginia University School of Pharmacy celebrated its PharmD Class of 2025 with a special dinner in the Mountainlair Ballrooms the evening before commencement. Graduates and their guests had the opportunity to gather with classmates, faculty and family members in a relaxed setting ahead of Friday’s formal ceremony.
The evening featured brief remarks from Dean William Petros, Chancellor and Executive Dean for Health Sciences Dr. Clay Marsh, Alumni Association Coordinator and Clinical Associate Professor Betsy Elswick and Class President Jack Barnett. Several graduates received special awards; and many were recognized for Latin Honors and Areas of Emphasis achieved during their degree program.
