The West Virginia University School of Pharmacy is hosting a three-part virtual panel series this fall, encouraging high school and college-aged students to explore pharmacy as a profession. “So, you want to be a pharmacist?” will look at the pharmacy profession from three different perspectives ⏤ alumni, faculty and current students.

On Thursday, October 27, at 7:00 p.m, the School of Pharmacy will host part two of the series featuring three SoP faculty who will discuss pharmacy school, what they look for in a prospective pharmacy student, pharmacy school curriculum and much more. There will be a Q and A session at the end.

The faculty panelists are Dr. Mary Euler, professor and associate dean for admissions and student affairs; Dr. Charles Ponte, professor of clinical pharmacy and family medicine; and Dr. Marina Galvez Peralta, teaching associate professor.
